| The materials delivered to OVSAN MAKİNA are processed according to defined treatment instructions and plans before they are taken to manufacturing and the products which are not deemed appropriate are kept away from the others. Concept of the treatment to be done before usage may change according to the competence of the supplier, type of the product and usage manner. Treatment may include test methods such as expertise evaluation, control of product certificates, label control, eye control, measurement and experiment.
Procedures that have been defined, planned under specific rules and documented in writing provide the manufacturing process to be done in a planned manner, under controlled conditions and with the most appropriate cost.
Special processes in which the action that has been done could not be corrected completely with tests and treatments will be done by qualified employees for covering the determined conditions and process parameters are monitored constantly and kept under control.
Machine/equipment, environment, documents and qualified personnel required for the contract that has been made with the customer to be exactly fulfilled will be supplied. The manufacturing flow is planned and suitable process parameters and products characteristics are followed. With the aim of showing that these rules are efficiently abided by, competence of the elements forming this process is corrected before they are taken into usage and relevant records are kept.
